We supply the venue, ceremony & accommodation all in one package. What makes us unique, is that we are a flexible venue, that allows couples to use their own vendor, couples can have their dream wedding at the Cottage on a budget or couples that have a healthier budget can go all out.

4WD DRIVING
How adventurous are you?
Just a 20min drive to the World renowned Barrington Tops, a picturesque drive in itself. It's your choice how you spend your time. Choose from a variety of tracks and destinations including the stunning rainforest to explore.
SWIMMING
Swim, relax & play by the babbling Moonan Brook right outside your door step. Follow the brook upstream and stumble upon exquisite swimming holes and small waterfalls. If you prefer larger secluded waterfalls, head up to Barrington Tops State Forests.
BUSH WALKING
Moonan Brook offers a great selection of scenic bush walking, walk upstream amongst lush bush surrounds and sparkling waters. Or for the more adventurous types, hike the hidden trails within Barrington Tops.
MOUNTIAN BIKE & TRAIL BIKING
Why not try some of the more exciting and challenging trails Barrington Tops has to offer. Grab your bike and take to the tracks, catering for beginners to the experienced.
HORSEBACK RIDING
Bring your horse and enjoy the many trails along Barrington Tops. Take in the spectacular scenery & wildlife, you may just spot a brumby or 2!
TROUT FISHING
Enjoy some of Moonan Brook's best fishing spots around, catch a good size trout right outside your back door.
RARE CHAIRS
Learn the forgotten art of traditional chair making. Howard runs courses several times a year.
TIE DYE WORKSHOP
Experience a girls weekend away at Moonan Cottage, combined with a one of a kind tie dye workshop to get your creative ideas flowing. In this fun-filled workshop, you and your friends will learn various tying & dyeing techniques and design concepts. Enjoy some fun, laughter and colourful memories.

DEVIL ARK
Visit Devil Ark, a conservation park for the endangered Tasmanian Devils. Tours are available monthly throughout the year.
